At the start of a rental tenancy agreement our relocation consultants can assist an Assignee to settle into a new property, set up utility accounts and ensure the property is received in the condition that has been promised by a landlord.

Our relocation consultants can also prepare an inventory documenting the condition of a property at the beginning and end of an Assignee’s lease.
RELOCATION AND MOVING

Our relocation consultants oversee every stage of the removal process from packing to delivery as part of a removal management service. We help to ensure that all required paperwork is completed for country specific regulations.
FURNITURE RENTAL AND PURCHASE
On some occasions, furniture rental or the purchase of new furniture can offer a more straight forward and cost effective solution to furnishing a property.

Our broad panel of providers supply furniture rental from one week to four years, for every taste and budget. Renting furniture is often preferable, saving on inconvenient and expensive removals and shipping. Some Assignees also prefer to rent extra items to supplement the furniture in their new home.
